Be very careful hiring this firm. I met with one of their lawyers, hired her and gave a $3,000 retainer via credit card. When I had an additional charge on my credit card, I called thinking it was a mistake. I was told that my engagement was on an hourly basis and that I would be charged as the file moved forward. My retainer was held in trust and would be refunded. Shortly thereafter I received another significant charge on my credit card so I called them to explain the charge. They provided the invoice with the dates and the time spent on the file, i.e. e-mails and file review. I terminated their representation and was immediately sent a final invoice for an amount almost equal to my entire retainer. They provided me a copy of my file and when I compared this to the days for when I was billed, I was charged $218 for a string of six e-mails setting up a phone call. They had represented me for approximately 20 working days and billed me almost $4,000 and did nothing for me legally.
