Saw that the reviews looked good so thought I would give it a try. Booked an appointment, showed up and didn't exactly like the stale smell and chaos at the check in desk. Gave my number, the 3 workers ranted in mandarin to each other like I wasn't even there. Finally somebody said they double booked so could I come back tomorrow. Ya, no thanks.
Very relaxing massage! I appreciate that they were able to fit in my sister and I on the same day without an appointment.
Decent massage, but unfortunately not so relaxing. My most recent experience there was with Lily. While on the table, the phone rang 3 times, she answered it all 3 times, while I was on the table!. Unprofessional in my opinion. She also left the room several times, I wasn’t sure if she was coming back. I’m really struggling with the decision to return or not, perhaps a different therapist? Someone who is not responsible for taking & booking appointments, or with less responsibilities. It’s a shame, because the massage was good, 8/10.
