My overall experience with this law firm has been exceptional! Isaac is who I chose to represent me and he in fact did that exceedingly well! His knowledge of the law seems boundless and at times exceeded that of the crown where at times he needed to re-educate them of the law. He truly made me feel understood and confident during the most difficult time of my life. He felt like a true friend who was willing to fight for me and stand up for what was right. everyday regard

I was facing some serious false charges that would be life ruining if convicted. Anybody that does a bit of legal research and obsessive reading on canlii will realize that false convictions are a very real possibility. Before Lakin i was sure that i was going to be convicted at trial due to the laws and ideology of the legal system. Basically if you dont happen to have a operational bodycam on you 24/7/365 your coin-flipping your life. During consultations with Lakin he quickly laid down a winning strategy for if it did go to trial. Lakin's winning track record with trials and his ability to quickly review disclosure and make critical insights gave me hope and confidence and try to continue life as normal while the case makes it way through the court. the receptionist and whole team was nice and took the time out their busy day to sit down and review/plan with me when I came back for subsequent meetings. I felt supported 24/7 which was important since i still had daily responsibilities to attend to. As time went on, Lakins excellent negotation skills actually led to my case being dropped. A miraculous ending by a miracle team. Lakin and his team also helped me with the concurrent university investigation as well and was able to effectively expose the truth and secure a favourable ending. I really cannot reccomend lakin enough, because of him and his team I got my life and hopes back. This is the man i would call if any legal troubles ever end up knocking on my door (knock on wood).
