The manager lady who wears a mask is DISRESPECTFUL!! For no reason I was polite and was just trying to exchange a pair of pants. She said they looked worn and acted like I was lying when I said my daughter had just tried them on and realized they’re too small. They were bought Saturday and todays Tuesday, the first day I was able to get back over to the mall. I felt so uncomfortable I went in to exchange for a bigger size but I just decided to return them. I’ve seen bad reviews about this lady from 6 months ago, how is she still working here? The other employee was rude also look who’s training her

Very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. My 3-year-old daughter was quietly playing with an under-inflated display soccer ball, and a staff member loudly scolded her in a harsh tone. The store wasn’t busy, and she wasn’t causing any disturbance. I understand safety concerns, but there’s no excuse for being so rude to a small child. A little kindness would go a long way.

Um, an Adidas "outlet". You see many people are thinking Adidas Store, which is a far superior place. This is a po-dunk shop with hostile workers from all reviews, selling the triangle shaped modern logo at marked up prices that are then marked back down to make a faux bargain. Avoid this place. Unfortunately the nearest real Adidas store is in Dallas.

I bought some new shoes there on 1/30 and tried to return them today. Barely worn, as I wore them into work but they kept falling off. Store told me they couldn’t take them back because they’re not allowed to resell shoes. Called customer service and they said they don’t have that policy. But it is up to the store. First time going to the Adidas store, left a sour taste. But it is what it is. Wish they had better customer service. Not gonna buy from them again.
