First time I visited Amisty Wellness and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never used an infrared sauna blanket before, but the process was explained to me. The atmosphere was relaxing and the room was prepped with lavender oil diffused into the room like I requested. I would go again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And the space was very nice, and peaceful as soon as I walked in. I had the lymphatic drainage massage with Marie Salmon, and it was so relaxing, and therapeutic.
