My experience at Northville Rehabilitation Centre was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was very efficient and organized, making each visit smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Irene, the Physiotherapist, who was incredibly professional and skilled in helping me navigate different types of pain. She took the time to understand my needs and adjusted the exercises accordingly, which made a huge difference in my recovery. The environment was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere that made each session enjoyable. The management and administrative staff were also wonderful — very friendly, accommodating, and flexible, even when I happened to be a few minutes late. I was suffering from intense pain in the low back and hips. My family doctor referred me to Northville to see chiropractor, Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan found out my pain issues with ease and professionalism. She also referred me to Dr. Lee for treatments. Dr. Lee is super friendly and patient. I did cupping, laser, and a bit of acupuncture with her. After a few sessions I saw great improvement with my pain issue. I also saw Lisa for acupuncture and a bit of cupping. She’s also very professional and nice. Everyone — Dr. Chan, Dr. Lee, Lisa, and receptionist Jasmine — I met there is really nice and professional, but also very friendly and approachable! The clinic is clean and well lit. Rooms are comfortable.
