I bought a pack of shiitake mushrooms from them, ( it was Amma naana’s brand). The product oozed out an unpleasant amount of deep brown stain when i rehydrated them and it was so bitter ( I buy shiitake mushrooms from Malaysia and Korea when I visit ). When I visited them another time I told the mam (the owner) about this issue. She reacted in a dismissive and a rude manner questioning me quote “ then you educate us where to procure them then. No one had given this complaint. This is what we have . We don’t know. etc “ normally a couple of these sentences would make sense but the way she communicated to me was very agitated. I explained to her that I’m merely just passing on information/ feedback as I had purchased an amma naana brand product and they are the people whom I should be sharing my concerns with and that I paid for it with my money and was not given it for free and hence I had the rights to pass my info/feedback/concern and I vocally stated displeasure in the way she was communicating with me. Any company/staff in a service industry will react in a pattern where they address the concern and assure the customer that it shall be looked in. That is all. Most customer don’t care about the status of the feedback as we just buy something else and move on. I’m astonished at this display of disrespect and arrogance by that mam . And given that I was very regular to this place and haven’t faced any issue until now as I haven’t addressed anything like this before , I’m baffled how a store has opened multiple branches and yet hasn’t aced the mere basic customer interaction.

Literally I felt like why didn't I know this shop earlier 🥺... A fantastic shop for all the kind of food lovers .. it aids vegetarian, nonveg lovers,korean food lovers,vegans,chineese foods etc... all under one shop and I'm still stuck with those products, the shop is literally love and a must visit ,you can get anything and everything there ... If you are from other country and you wanted Something like your home food then amma naana is the first and best choice💕
