Honestly, 1 star is way too much. I got gelx nails and a pedi on 1/1/26, today is 1/5/26 and 2 of my nails have broken at the corner, my thumb nail is peeling in the middle at the base of the nail, some of my nails are crooked and appear to be grown out, separating from the gelx, the white nail was supposed to be ombré, the polish on my toes is see through, and my feet feel like sandpaper. Might I add, the gentleman pictured did my nails with no gloves on and has warts on his hands and used dirty utensils. During my appointment, he tried to tear off the nail on my ring finger twice after it was set because he messed it up and told me that sometimes it just hurts when you get your nails done when I shrieked a little, then filed my actual finger with the drill and repeated himself again. I went in this evening to ask for a refund because my nails look awful. They said they don't provide refunds but could fix my nails. I explained that due to health concerns and there not being anything posted in the establishment or online about no refunds, I would like a refund so I can take my business elsewhere. There was another guy in there that started talking mandarin and threatened to call the police because I continued to ask for a refund. I advised that I would be more than happy to file a report for false advertisement and have the report sent over for a health inspection as well due to the uncleanliness of the utensils and potentially spreading warts to the public. I also kept telling the workers to stop touching my hands, but they continued and refused to refund me. I am being forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this salon because you will not get good results!!!!! This is management that I spoke with!

I went in to get my dip nails replaced. This place was very clean and my nail tech was super nice! The dust from the nail drill made me sneeze several times so he got up and got me a bottle of water and tissues. Very nice place, very nice people, absolutely will go back. Extremely reasonable prices!

Went on a Monday to get my nails done. I always get acrylic nails because of the sturdiness. I requested acrylic and said I wanted an ombre color from red to black. The stylist heard me say acrylic multiple times. Did my nails after trying to find a black and red. Everything was going good until I saw my receipt when I got home and realized that I was charged for gel nails. I work in food and need sturdy nails. It's been less than two weeks and TWO nails have fallen off already. I felt rushed to pick a color and felt rushed when two other people walked in to get their nails done. I will not be going back because if a simple request can't be followed then there is no telling what else they mess up on.
