I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!! This law firm use to be so good. But it’s not any more. I’ve use this law firm since my kids were little and they are grown and have been using them for auto accident needs. My passenger got more compensation than I did and she went to the emergency room only once. Avoid going to the hospital multiple times, because after my settlement I’ve been left with hospital bills. How did I get left with hospital bills and the lawyer Jacob acted like he didn’t receive my missed work waive form. He informed me to go and sue the insurance company for that on my own. I thought that what they was for. Also the communication was horrible. The lawyers will never call you back until it’s time for settlement. My passenger is only 18 they did not communicate with her at all. I had to get her to call them on three way and she give them permission to speak for her so I could ask them what was going on with her case like 7 months later. If it’s something that can be fixed at the hospita that one time, do not go to the chiropractor or orthopedics because it’s only getting them paid. You will not get more money. Because pain and suffering means nothing to this law firm. They will make sure they are paid and not you. You will end up with a very small check. I missed $2000 worth of wages I didn’t get back and they didn’t retrieve. This law firm is a rip off. And highway robbed me. And also the check I picked up was less than what Jacob told me I were getting. People do your research, you can send your own demand letters and get rid of the lawyers and sue the insurance company yourself. That’s where you don’t have to worry about paying them. You will probably come out better going through the insurance company.

Rolando was professional, patient and kind. He was a great listener. I explained what happened during my brother's accident and he never interrupted. Was very respectful and showed empathy for my loss. He was very thorough during the entire process. He guided me through the next steps that I needed to take. I would like to brag about my case worker for Poulin and Willet- Anastropoulo law. I was on the phone talking about need to try and go back on an ENT that refused to give me iv and I'm allergic to penicillin .I lostmy jaw . I let that go because I told the GoBig Lawyers out of Souuth Carolina I had had an an accident o n wheelchair falling down a revine injuring my selfpermantly. I fractured L2L3L4. It is at the time to almost settle and enters Nicole Gutierre: I am bipolar, ADHD, really hurt and and have a plate full, on disaility, low income, I'm disabled physically and mental with short term memory.
