From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the clinic is. The atmosphere is calm, professional, and welcoming — exactly what you need when you're dealing with an injury. The admin staff are incredibly warm and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I've been seeing Ben, one of the physiotherapists, for Achilles tendonitis, and I can't say enough good things about him. He's extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about your progress. Each session is tailored to my needs, and I'm seeing steady improvement week after week. The clinic is equipped with the latest technology and equipment, which has made a big difference in my treatment. I recently started acupuncture with Yi, and she's just as amazing — professional, gentle, and very skilled. The combination of physio and acupuncture has really accelerated my recovery. I had my first physio session ever today and my physiotherapist Sobhan was amazing. He immediately made me comfortable and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment on me and by the end of the session had a good indication of what the issue was and how to go about treating it both short term and long term. The clinic had everything you would need and was calming, comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend New Life Physio :)
