By far one of the best service experiences I have dealt with in Kamloops. I have ordered multiple bay doors for my business - the communication is done in a timely matter and the installation/work is top notch. What is really amazing is how quickly they respond to anything wrong (even if it's something stupid me or my staff did not an actual error with equipment).

Charged my visa for services rendered prior to providing and invoice for work complete. Sent two technicians for what was accomplished by one individual. Left a message and no response. Although they installed my door and did a great job based on the service experience, lack of invoice, and lack of follow up phone call I will re-consider using them in the future.
