Heather took care of everything for me for a 2 week trip to Europe, which included a 7 day cruise. She found the hotels, made all of the reservations, booked the plane flights, had a driver pick me up at the airport and take me back 2 weeks later, booked tours for me. She found the cruise and booked that for me. The hotels were great, the tours were great, the cruise ship was great. Any questions I had about anything, I was able to call Heather. There was also the comfort of knowing that if there had been any problems, a quick call to Heather and she would have taken care of it for me. I was so spoiled that I will never go on vacation again without getting Heather to take care of all the arrangements for me.
