I cannot say enough positive things about this yoga studio and the community here. I have gone to &Yoga since 2022, and have learned SO MUCH over the years from the incredibly welcoming, kind, insightful, and radiant instructors that call this studio home. Thank you so much for a beautiful and positive experience every week! I HIGHLY recommend!

Classes are fun and invigorating. I've been taken a handful of classes for about 4 months now and have only had good experiences. They're beginner friendly and you're encouraged to work within your capabilities, at your own pace. Most classes are hot vinyasa, so temps get pretty high, but you adjust within a few minutes. Pricing is reasonable for drop-ins, and class packages offer lower pricing at a higher up front cost if you plan to attend regularly. The teachers are friendly and more than willing to help with questions and difficulties. The environment is my favorite part. Good vibes all around and kept very clean. Would absolutely recommend &Yoga to anyone looking to get into yoga.

This was my first class there with a newer teacher, Jesse. The class started out with some basic stretches then moved into balance poses. She did a great job cuing transitions from one move to another and incorporating the breathe along with movements. There were no breaks but at the beginning of the class she told everyone to do what felt right for their body. The room was warm which helped with the stretches. At the end of class, the teacher went around and placed a wash clothe with lavender on everyone's forehead. This helped with relaxation and focus. Everyone working at the studio was friendly. and great introduction to the studio.
