Amazing service, attention to details and lighting-fast delivery and excellent quality of garments. It took 4 (four!!!) days to make custom sized outfit and receive it in Toronto from New Delhi!!! Highly recommend and will be ordering from Andaaz Fashion again!

We’ve had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Andaaz Fashion, and I feel compelled to share this in hopes of saving others from going through the same ordeal. It all began when my wife found a dress she liked on their website and reached out to inquire more before making the purchase. She spoke with someone from the company who confidently assured her that she was ordering a pure silk outfit, perfect for an upcoming festive dinner. Convinced by their claims, we went ahead and paid through PayPal. Unfortunately, things started going downhill right after payment. Communication from their side became vague and inconsistent. The designer was frequently unavailable and often didn’t answer calls to finalize the fabric and design. Eventually, someone else stepped in, briefly showed a small piece of fabric, insisting it was the same as advertised. Trusting them, we waited for the delivery. When the outfit finally arrived, it was not silk, nor was it close to the quality promised. Disappointed, we requested a return and refund. According to their return policy, we had four days to initiate this, which we did. However, reaching them was a challenge—they avoided direct communication, and when we did get through, it felt like a never-ending game of phone tag with evasive answers and stalling tactics. Eventually, we escalated the issue to PayPal. Only after that did they send us a return shipping label, and we promptly sent the dress back. But once they had the item, they revealed their true colors. They stated they would not process the refund unless we withdrew our PayPal complaint—an outrageous condition that completely broke any remaining trust. We refused, of course. We even clarified that if they issued the refund, the PayPal case would close automatically. Still, they refused to communicate further, neither replying to PayPal nor returning our money. PayPal now has all the emails in which Andaaz Fashion clearly admits they won’t refund unless we back down, yet we’re being forced to wait until April 9 as part of the dispute resolution window. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to delay and stretch out the process, all while holding on to our money. This has been an exhausting experience. Highly unprofessional, deceptive practices, and completely lacking in integrity. Avoid Andaaz Fashion at all costs. I sincerely hope PayPal rules in our favor, but the stress and effort they’ve put us through is unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed!!! Looks nothing like the original picture. Work and fabric totally different and looks like a cheap version of the original.

I ordered a suit from Andaaz fashions- gave measurements exactly accordingly to their video instructions, and the suit still came out incorrectly. They used cheap materials and well.. at the end they apologized, but no more future purchases. Sucks to have people like this- make false promises and then don’t come through with it. 🤦‍♀️
