I’ve been to Highlander Spa probably a half dozen times now, and somehow, it just keeps getting better and better! From the moment you walk in, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly... you're always offered lovely little touches right as you arrive, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. On this visit, I finally noticed their retail area: packed with beautiful jewelry, perfumes, and accessories! I’ll definitely be arriving earlier next time just to browse....it’s a treasure trove. Today, I had a massage with Karla and WOW, she is truly gifted. Her technique was amazing, and the whole room was incredibly calming and relaxing. I've also been here for manicures and pedicures (loved enjoying a glass of wine during those!), and even got a blowout before an event....they were so accommodating and fit me in last minute. They used to offer lash services as well, which I took advantage of, and that experience was excellent too. :) I’ll absolutely be back again. If you haven’t been yet — go! This place is a hidden gem that deserves to be shared.

Booked a couple japenese head massage for my husband's birthday. The experience was 1000/10, and the staff went above and beyond to make my husband special day better. A huge thank you to the whole team, we will be back!

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the Japanese Signature Ritual (Japanese head spa) with Karla — and wow, what an incredible experience. From the moment it began, Karla’s calm, caring presence made it easy to relax, and the entire treatment was pure bliss. It was genuinely one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail, gentle technique, and soothing energy created the perfect atmosphere to fully unwind. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and already looking forward to booking my next session. Highly, highly recommend!
