Skale Real Estate is by far the most professional property management company that I’ve ever dealt with. All the staff are very nice and patient with their tenants. My stay at Germantown Square has gone smoothly because of them. Tim and Anthony have always been great with their quick responses and communication. I had the best experience at 1421 E Columbia Ave in Fishtown, Philadelphia! The building is in a super safe location with a park in walking distance, filled with young families and dogs. Cool shops and restaurants are a short walk away as well. I was a tenant for 2 years and absolutely loved it! New building, clean, modern with a cool rooftop that you can rent out, that looks over the city. Anthony and the staff were always super supportive and attentive with any questions or if we had any maintenance issues. I would 100% recommend this location 10/10!

I am pleased with my unit at the nook. The property managers are easy to get in touch with. Although I do wish that we can have some type of key card to get into the gate or if the key pad is accessible without having to get out of the car, the team is aware it is not ideal for us tenants. Other than that this building is well kept. I don’t hear much noise as I am on the 1st floor. I recommend The Nook!

I am writing this review based on my experience since discovering the Skale property management team. From the onset of touring an available unit to being a current tenant, it has been a seamless process. I cannot put any faces to names, however this team is on the ball. Whenever I have an issue, the response is immediate, even on a weekend. I appreciate that so much because to me it means that they value their tenants. The property is well maintained, even the trash area, which can get out of hand. I had a recent experience that required immediate attention and the response from Skale was just that; immediately resolved! It has been a little over a month since moving in, and thus far I am very pleased and content as a tenant here!
