We had Gemma Adams sorting out our house sale and purchase and I couldn't recommend highly enough. She was great! Really efficient and professional but also friendly and approachable. She answered any questions I had and always got back to me quickly. The same goes for Zoe, who works closely with her, and was also really helpful. I know other people that have moved this year and have used other solicitors that have really dragged their feet and been difficult to get hold of, so I'm really grateful that Gemma and Zoe were always on top of everything and moved things along as quickly as possible. I also had dealings with Angela towards the end regarding the finances and, again, she was very efficient and helpful. I sometimes dropped documents off by hand as I was local and the girls on reception were always lovely and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to use Holmes and Hills in Braintree again and would definitely recommend for conveyancing.
