Andrew explained every step with great detail, ensuring my confidence in the process. When I finally found the house I wanted to buy, I made an offer conditional on financing. Here is where Andrew really shined: I had four (4) business days to secure financing and get approved for the mortgage. Andrew worked with these short timelines and not only found me a lender with an amazing rate, but found reps within this lender that could work with my deadline and get the full approval in time for me to meet the conditions of my offer and secure the sale! Andrew’s swiftness and connections within the world of mortgage lending really made all the difference in me finalizing the sale on my first ever home.
