I was completely new to working out and always felt intimidated by the gym, but Andy made me feel comfortable and welcome right away. He is very attentive and detailed with his plan for you, tailoring workouts to your level and goals while still pushing you to reach higher. Andy also makes working out fun! He's the ultimate hype man, always positive and encouraging, and has got jokes. Thanks to him, I actually look forward to going to the gym, which I never thought I'd say! It's apparent that Andy works very hard, is passionate about what he does and helping others, and he will take care of you and help you reach your goals. I highly recommend him!

Working with Andy has been awesome! He is super knowledgable, motivating, and really takes the time to tailor each session to my goals. If your new to the gym he will immediately make you feel conformable/confident and each session will be productive and fun spirited at the same time. Even in a short time I feel stronger. I am a cancer recovery patient and during my long treatment I lost weight, muscle and just low on energy. As I was getting my strength back, I decided to get a personal trainer to help me with my physical recovery, I interviewed three trainers and decided Andy is the best fit for me. Andy played a crucial role in helping me getting my strength back by providing expert guidance, motivation, and accountability every step of the way. He designed and customized a workout plan tailored to my needs and physical limitations, ensuring every exercise is safe and effective. By teaching proper form and technique, he helped me preventing any injury while maximizing results. I really like Andy’s workout plan because I was never board (out of BREATH! but never board), he keeps me motivated, encouraged, and always different routines that make workouts enjoyable and challenging.
