Shopping plaza along Route 15 in Central Pennsylvania. No overnight parking signs posted throughout the lot. Violation. Throwing trash on the ground for cleaning crew to clean. Violation. I hope this driver receives corrective actions. I don't think he should be sanctioned heavily. Just verbally reprimanded, unless this is an ongoing issue with this operator. Addendum: Driver was seen departing at 0836 on 01Oct2021. Heading North on US Route 15.

My experience with Andy Transport Inc. is being struck by one of their tractor trailers who failed to give intersecting traffic the right away. While I was traveling down the road, I was struck by their driver, who failed to comply with a highway exit stop sign. Their driver would not even make eye contact with me, let alone speak with me, to get any insurance information. They must advise their drivers to not give this information out. Besides the bruising and chemical burn I am dealing with from my deployed airbag, a totaled car and a lack of empathy. Their accident and claim representative does whatever she can to not aasist in getting the claim filed through their insurance. Also, not a easy process to get a person on the line, due to them not answering the phones during hours of operation. Their voicemail box is conveniently for them, not set up to take messages. Now with the email process I am going through, their rep is telling me how things are "obvious" and apparently when I tell them it's been over a week since this accident took place, they still are not doing anything to start my claim. Telling me even though it's their driver who is at fault, I still have to file under my insurance. Not happening. By the looks of other google reviews, this company is AWFUL. Seems their new "highly trusted" Marketing and HR leader, Tammy Gauthier, hasn't made much of a impact for their drivers to follow driving safety, or their claims department to assist people involved. Their employee reviews on Indeed lead me to believe they're a terrible employer to work for, set up to have equipment/vechicle malfunctions daily and many accidents, even while traveling out of their country. I could only imagine how many United States accidents have occurred since 2001.

This driver saw me but still almost ran me off the road so he could get into the fast lane and then go 5 miles under the speed limit. Extremely dangerous and unlawful. I called the company to report a dangerous driver and they sent my call to voicemail, so I reported the driver to state police.
