We came to Epic last November (2024) for a quote to do a bathroom renovation which we had been wanting to do for a while. Steve came out to do a survey and to get an idea of what we wanted to do. He was very helpful and had really good knowledge of what could be done and how it could be done. We wanted to got for a full wet room walk in shower, install a free standing bath, wall hung toilet, illuminated and heated mirror, new heated towel rail with porcelain tiles and underfloor heating. It was quite a big change from what we had before and we knew it was going to big a big project but were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and flexibility in changing and sourcing different products. When we were finally ready to go ahead with the work, Steve was able to fit us in at fairly short notice in mid February (2025). Being able to pay with credit card meant we could source a great deal for ourselves, great plus point there! We were given a 2 week timeline and Harry who was the main fitter was brilliant. He was on time everyday; very professional and his ability to do pretty much the whole renovation by himself was amazing. The other teams needed during the 2 week project included the electricians and a plasterer were also on time and very professional. The seamless planning of the whole project from start to finish meant it completed on time without disruption to our lives and no major delays. The standard of the work was incredible and we were updated throughout the entire process and couldn’t be happier with the finished bathroom, it truly is luxurious and are 100% recommending Epic for a renovation! Epic Installations have become my go-to for anything plumbing or heating. Jason and the team are always quick to get back to me, whether it’s just a question or a full-on emergency—they handle it all calmly and professionally. We used Epic to do a complete refurb of our bathroom. Steve came and ran through our options, and we followed that up with a visit to the showroom so we could see what fittings etc. were available. Once the quote was sorted and agreed we got the works booked in, and managed to get the job done whilst we were away on holiday - with us leaving the keys with Epic. We returned to a brand new bathroom which is brilliant, and there were no issues with the house etc. whilst we were away. Steve kept in touch whilst we were away to query a couple of things to make sure they got it right for us given we weren't there to see the progress ourselves. Would definitely recommend this company.

We used epic installations for a boiler upgrade from an ancient gas boiler to a new combi. Jason was very informative when he came over to look at our flat to provide a quote. As a company their communication was great throughout the whole process, despite me having 1000 questions over the several weeks prior. When I finally decided to proceed, they provided a date for installation in a timely manner. Dan fit our boiler and was so friendly, professional, tidy, and incredibly knowledgeable. A fraction of the price of competitors with excellent service, I would recommend epic installations to anyone.
