The best doctor on call service. I got sick with my child. He is 15 years old and was vomiting and looked pale, and I was starting to feel sick. They visited us, full assessment was done, and then provided some fluid replacement treatment. The service was really nice, very professional. Highly recommended

So I left a 1 star review at their other Google maps page. The owner called me and threatened me that "you don't know who I am" and that he will throw me in jail. He was literally screaming at the phone because of my review of his business. So here I am copying the same review so others are informed of how unprofessional this organisation is. If he treats his potential customers like this. "I asked a simple question to your team to send me doctor profile / details. They had no idea what I was talking about. She kept asking what exactly I am asking for. I asked to speak to a manager and again got refused. How can you guys hire such incompetent staff. Paying hundreds of thousands for running the business just to be ruined by amazing unprofessional customer touch."

Their intention is only to provide a high quality of care with full satisfaction services to their client. Customer care is great😊. Also, the head of the members is ready to listen and give his helpful hand to the needy one. Excellent job👏and highly recommendable👍

All of these reviews are from employees, who I am certain are being paid to post the reviews. As a customer, I want to warn others to beware of this company. I ordered a COVID-19 test from a reputable company and my hotel sent these scammers instead. They actually made the company I pre-paid wait downstairs while these guys came upstairs and double charged me. When I raised hell at the hotel, these guys offered to refund the charge but never did.
