I came across this wonderful spa through friend’s posts on IG. So I had to try it myself , and let me tell you… First of all the ambiance as soon as you walk in is amazing. Next Marilyn who welcomed me at the front desk was such a sweet heart. She made me feel right at home and not shy to ask her if I needed help along my experience. I started off with her recommendation which was the Himalayan Salt room and it was so relaxing and energy charging. The room is filled with grains of salt a unique experience to say the least. Then I went to grab some water to go into the infrared sauna room and noticed the details in the lion them on the lamp. In that same room there’s an aroma therapy space so you can just zone into full relaxation mode. Right after I went into the Red light therapy bedroom and noticed the Lion themed hook. I couldn’t help but think the owner put so much heart and soul creating such a beautiful space for those of us who need it. Amazing touches all around. I have to say my favorite room was the meditation room where there’s a massage chair with fancy technology that’s body scans you and also the vibration therapy bed in there were amazing, I could be there for hours. I finished off with the contrast hydrotherapy room and it was fenomenal. I super recommend to get your aura reading. It was very educational and interesting to find out where my energy is at this moment in my life. Thank you Tara for putting your heart and soul. I may not know you but definitely felt every message you wanted your guest to feel through my amazing experience. Can’t wait to be back soon.

So glad I booked, this was exactly the reset I needed! We chose the 2.5-hour Lion Zen Journey, and it was absolute perfection. Honestly, we would’ve stayed another hour if we could have! Every room was thoughtfully designed, but the salt room and meditation room were our favorites; they offered such a peaceful, grounding atmosphere. Not a single space disappointed. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and centered - exactly what we were hoping for. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent facility, great concept. the Salt Cave/Sauna and hot tub/cold plunge rooms are the best. Very relaxing and I walked out feeling incredibly loose and rejuvenated. Staff is incredibly outgoing and will answer/help with anything you need

Cannot say enough good things about The Lion Zen! Such a relaxing, amazing experience. I highly recommend the full journey, but if you can only do one room, do the salt cave!! The detail and decor is perfect, 10/10. Book your experience now!
