Customer experiences
They are an awesome group of people!! Very knowledgeable, from the Front desk, to the people in the back… and the Vet Jess! One of our dogs has special needs & needs special medication and food. They always have it on hand for a very reasonable price. We appreciate all the attention they give our girls.
Love the quality of care and personal touch of this place. Truly, have had only wonderful experiences with all of the staff, from the front seat, to the techs to the veterinarians Themselves. Always quick service, kind interactions, and personal visits. I feel my dog is very well looked after and cared for here.
The clinic staff are all wonderful. They take the time to communicate thoroughly and ask questions while providing gentle, loving care for my cat. They are kind, compassionate care gives.
We visited for the first time on Tuesday. The front desk staff was very polite and got us in a room as soon as we got there, no waiting. The vet tech came in and listened to all of our concerns. She didn’t even make us feel bad when we told her our little Cheeto (pug) got on the counter and ate a stick of butter. After listening to our concerns the Veterinarian came in the room within a few minutes and talked with us. She also didn’t make us feel like bad parents for the butter incident. She went over the benefits of snip, snip, snipping our boy and was honest in letting us know it may not stop his marking as it’s now a learned habit. I was really impressed with the information and different options that were given to us for fixing his face (he has breathing issues, pug life). When it was time for some shots they took him to another room to do them and I thought it was cute that they said “ ok you’re going to go with auntie now”. Everyone was so kind and loving to him. We came up with a reasonable vaccine plan spanning over a few weeks so if he had issues we would know. The only issue I had was with parking. I don’t know if there were additional spots somewhere else but in the front there were only 3 spaces without blocking the garage doors. Overall we had a great visit and glad we are able to have them as our primary provider.
Animal Care Center Veterinary Clinic is a veterinarian.
