Yubo BaiWe brought our hamster Bun（奶黄包） to this hospital twice for checkups, and both experiences were wonderful. It was our first time visiting a vet clinic in Canada, and we were very nervous, but Dr. Rachel Rode and the whole team were incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring. They helped us understand Bun’s condition clearly and made us feel supported throughout the visits. Bun passed away recently, and looking back, we are truly grateful she received care from such kind and compassionate professionals. Thank you for everything.

They were very knowledgeable and had excellent high quality machines to support his health check ups with. The veterarians were absolutely wonderful to talk to, they were respectful and didn't try to push any brands or items on me. They respect your opinion and choices. They take the time with your pet and you can tell they enjoy their job. When I had to say goodbye, they were so gentle and kind, allowing me to say bye multiple times.
Zarra OlivaI brought my budgie solstice to this animal hospital when she got super sick. This isn't my regular avian vet but they were available when my usual vet wasn't. They made time for her when my regular vet didn't and did everything in their power to help her. She ended up passing and they sent me a card signed by everyone at the hopital offering their condolences. Considering it isn't even my regular veterinary hospital, taking the time to send a card was so thoughtful and kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients, no matter how small❤️
