We brought our hamster Bun（奶黄包） to this hospital twice for checkups, and both experiences were wonderful. It was our first time visiting a vet clinic in Canada, and we were very nervous, but Dr. Rachel Rode and the whole team were incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring. They helped us understand Bun’s condition clearly and made us feel supported throughout the visits. Bun passed away recently, and looking back, we are truly grateful she received care from such kind and compassionate professionals. Thank you for everything.
We had an emergency with our bunny and they were great! From the moment we called to the service, explanation and follow up. Highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone there for looking after Rumi. He is doing much better and on his way back to normal.
One of the most kindest, compassionate and knowledgeable vets I've been to. I brought my hollan lop rabbit after I had negative experiences with other vets. They were very knowledgeable and had excellent high quality machines to support his health check ups with. The veterarians were absolutely wonderful to talk to, they were respectful and didn't try to push any brands or items on me. They respect your opinion and choices. They take the time with your pet and you can tell they enjoy their job. When I had to say goodbye, they were so gentle and kind, allowing me to say bye multiple times.
