Found an injured kitten on the side of the road. Animal Medical Center was moments away, thank goodness!! He got immediate attention and I was handled with great professional courtesy and kindness. I left him there for care while I went to my hotel to start calling everyone and every rescue between here and the Rio Grande to find a home for him. The good news is that he was not seriously injured. The better news is that one of the staff there has fallen in love with this little one because he is so sweet and so very, very handsome--she is taking him home! The best news of all, this community has the Animal Medical Center I-35 doctors and staff. Compassionate professionals who have to juggle the overwhelming need of abandoned and mistreated animals in dire distress with the real-world of financial necessity to stay in business. Thank you. I can't say it enough and with deepest gratitude--you are the heroes today.

Excellent experience from calling for an appointment to arriving to smiling faces eager to help my fur baby Chozen. Large clean & comfortable exam room. Wendy the Vet Tech was very helpful and explained everything. Dr Crockett provided a detailed assessment of Chozen. He provided a plan of action after diagnosis. I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered. Chozen is feeling much better already. I can see why this Animal Medical Center has such a high rating. The customer service here is Top Notch! I highly recommend the care here for your beloved fur babies!

So pleased! The entire staff is so friendly and Dr Crockett is the best! My Brussels Griffon has a lot of allergies and recurring UTIs. Dr Crockett listens and has excellent follow up to keep you informed and we finally seem to be on the right track!
