These folks are truly wonderful and we're very compassionate to our sweet void loaf: Carl. He'd done something to his paw and it had gotten infected. After calling around to all the google top recommendations who told me to take him an animal ER which would of been absurdly over priced, I went ahead and gave these guys a call, despite an inbound severe storm, they made time for us to come in. In and out in less than an hour, Carl was given a antibiotic and pain meds. Within 24 hours my deadly house panther was ready to resume his nightly housing activities, albeit more cautiously.

Great clinic, was able to get our boy seen for acute issue on a Saturday morning after finding a wound on his neck late Friday night. Not only did they see him for that, they did a full exam and brought him completely up to date with vaccine's and preventative care which we fully appreciated!

We’ve had good experiences with other vets at this clinic, for over ten years, but after being switched to Dr. Dobbels it’s been very disappointing. He stopped a medication that was keeping my 15-year-old hospice dog eating, saying it’s only for short-term use. At this stage, long-term side effects don’t matter, and he offered no alternatives — just a lack of nuance or compassion in his decision-making. Another time when my dog had blood in his urine, he wouldn’t see him for over two weeks, forcing us into an $800 emergency visit.
