The driver was nice and they picked me up in a short period of time however it cost me $100.00 to get home which was only 20 minutes from Ann Arbor .. Uber was only charging $56.00 for the same distance .. this was a huge rip off and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. My Uber app wasn’t working and my phone was about to die .. spoke to the manager and complained and he just said it was inflation .. you have been warned

I've ridden in a few of their taxi cars and every time they've been really clean. My ride to work has always been on time too which is super important for me. They're a very reliable bunch of drivers based on my experience!

After another service said it would be an hour, this service came to my rescue in 15 minutes! The driver was extremely courteous, and the vehicle was impeccably clean and "smelled delicious" according to my companion. The ride was smooth, safe, and prompt. Upon our arrival, the driver assisted my friend on crutches exit the vehicle. Politeness was the priority.
