Thu HI thought I had booked my appointment online, but due to a system error maybe, my booking didn’t go through. Even so, Adam was incredibly kind and professional—he still took me in for a haircut and root touch up at 6:00 PM on December 23rd. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Adam was patient, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. The haircut and color turned out even better than I expected. I truly appreciated his flexibility and willingness to help, especially during a busy time. Excellent service, great skills, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon—especially Adam—to anyone looking for a great hair experience!
Malashree KalyanI had really long hair, but I wanted to cut it short. I showed my hairstylist a reference picture and asked for a layered cut. In the middle of the haircut, she showed me the length, and I was okay with it. However, by the end, it turned out extremely short, and I couldn’t see any layers at all. She spent an entire hour just giving me a U-shaped haircut. I was completely disappointed — even after mentioning that I wanted more visible layers, there were none. When she showed me the final result, I was shocked and speechless. I didn’t say anything more because I knew if I asked her to fix it, she’d only make it shorter and more U-shaped. So, I just understood the situation and left the salon.
