Will never ride again, I’ve lived in Annapolis basically my whole life, never have I ever had a cab charge me $18 to go 4.2 miles. I asked the driver why the price was so much. Mind you me and him had a pleasant conversation I informed him I’m using the cab services to get to the car dealership because my engine blew last week and I’m getting a new car today. He told me it was because we went the longer way, the longer was is only 1.8 miles longer. I called an asked the lady the price per mile, she said 3 per mile, by my rough calculation without account for the .8 miles that should be $12 then when I said that she said oh it should be $4 per mile, which would still make my total only $16 but then she said some random fee was added. But only after I told her I only went 4.2 miles so that should be $12. She started to try and explain but I told her it was fine and hung up. Then man said he can charge me lower but I told him no because he insisted I pay $18 then said a Lyft or uber would’ve been more expensive. When in actuality a Lyft was $12.43 but knowing I was going such a short distance I decided to save money and go by a cab. I waited almost 30 minutes when a Lyft was cheaper & only 3 minutes away. Don’t use they will try to get over and when you catch it they will try any excuse to make it make sense. Most I’ve ever paid for a cab in my life

The Annapolis Area Cab service has been fantastic for me. I have used it for the past two years and have never had any issues. The service from the drivers has been fantastic. As someone who travels frequently (and rarely has the time to write a review), please know that this service is exceptional! I had an early morning flight out of BWI and the driver was prompt and courteous. As others have said, I can confirm - the car was very clean. I arrived at the airport as scheduled and on fare. I felt completely comfortable with the driver and will definitely use Annapolis Area Cab when I am next in town. I highly recommend this service to everyone!

Honestly the best cab service I've ever used. Driver arrived quickly and got me to my destination quicker than I have experienced with other cab services. Also provides great company too. Felt very comfortable while in route to my destination. Well defiantly use again.
