I was skeptical. Deeply skeptical. All I knew of chiropractic was what I had seen caricatured on TV... and of course all the false reports of torn carotids. All through my assessment and initial visits, the skeptic in me was front and center. However.... after 2 or 3 visits, my initial symptoms started fading. The pains in my legs, the shooting pain that I thought was sciatica... all of them started fading. I could walk my dogs pain free. I slept better... I had pain free days! I cannot recommend the EXEMPLARY folks at Total Wellness... the amazing happy faces at reception, and the care and attention given by Dr. Manji. Her care demands that you do your part at home, follow her advice, and your comfort in the world will be better. It doesn't happen overnight, but rest assured... it will happen.

I have experienced back pain (lower, upper, middle) for about 15 - 20 years now. I had about given up when I met Dr.Manji in a parking lot. When I tell you it was the best decision I've ever made. Not only has my back pain GREATLY reduced but my period cramps are non existent. I used to have such heavy painful periods that I'd have to stay home from work and take pain medication. She is phenomenal and she is a life saver. I absolutely recommend her to everyone I meet. My job is also very physically demanding and she has helped me so much with the pain.

We took advantage of a cold call to organise an "employee appreciation" event in our office. I worked with Jenny to make this happen and at the eleventh hour, we were told our day might need to be rescheduled. Thanks to Jenny's magic and committment, she organised a wonderful replacement masseuse (Shawna) who came to our offices and all our employees were able to sample a wonderfully relaxing neck massage. THANK YOU to you both. Members who'd been skeptical of the experience are talking about visiting the clinic to invest in their health. I wish you well and hope to be a regular at your clinic as well. I cannot say enough good things about Jenny & Shawna who are committed to working with her clients and are a kind and caring team.
