That’s the best place ever, I visited 2 stores before I found the master hi can make my watch belt shorter. He did this for 10 minutes and 10$, when other places said it would take a week and a half and $40. Master even gave me 2 options to try, explain everything in details and other store staff helped me make a decision when I was in doubt. The guys also have a huge selection of jewelry for every taste and design, and at good prices. If you are looking for the perfect watch repair, jewelry or buying a new item, I definitely recommend this place.

I really can't recommend Minh Chau highly enough. This wonderful long-standing family business is exceptional in so many ways, it's hard to know where to begin. I'll start with the warm environment, which makes me look forward to visiting the amusing and intelligent Thanh (pronounced 'Tan'), his elegant wife Ann and delightful daughter Joanne, and the others at the store. I quickly felt a real personal connection with Thanh and his family, and by now consider them friends. Next, Minh Chau has truly exceptional service, whether you are in need of jewellery repair or are in the market for something new (their selection of 18K and 24K pieces is amazing---see below). I first visited Minh Chau to get a repair done on a 24-carat S-shaped clasp. A different jewellery store had 'fixed' it but in such a way that it almost immediately broke again. Thanh had a better, very clever strategy of repair and did it on the spot. I then brought in a bunch of other stuff for him to do, all of which he did beautifully. I wanted to wear my grandfather's wedding ring on a chain---Thanh helped me pick out the most exquisitely beautiful hand-wrought 18-karat gold chain (see pics; it's magical!) and he made a very beautiful round 18K link with square edges to attach the ring... it's perfect, much nicer than what I had imagined. I also had a double string of pearls that I wanted to extend with some other pearls I had. Thanh suggested just restringing it, and the result was again perfect. Finally, I had a lovely old ring setting from my grandmother that I wanted to put a star sapphire in. Before finding Minh Chau, I had tried to have this done at several other jewellery stores, but they always said, 'Oh, it can't be done'. Thanh said, 'Sure, I can do that' and the result is lovely. Minh Chau is also exceptionally reasonable in price, both for the high quality work done and for the beautiful jewellery they have in their store. To be honest, I always think Thanh doesn't charge enough, but I'm not complaining! Again, I really can't recommend Minh Chau highly enough. It goes without saying that you can place full confidence in this long-standing family business... they will take impeccable care of you and your jewellery. Now, on to our next project... pearl earrings... I have an idea, Thanh... see you soon!

Went to get watch bracelet adjusted. I must've went in barely 15 mins before closing and I was out just before the store closed. The price was reasonable and they returned the extra links in a small plastic ziplock bag. I think I just found out which store will I visit in the future for my watch repairs! Also, other people are right, they do have coffee candy that you can take from the bowl haha 10/10 experience

If you have any watch adjustments to be made, I can tell you that Mr. Thanh is a master at what he does. Because of my wrist size, I often have to adjust the bracelet on my watches so that the clasp sits in the middle of my wrist. On vintage watches, there are less removable links in the right places. Mr. Thanh has always been able to adjust my bracelets so that they fit perfectly. He is always very quick and careful. I walked in on a Friday and 15 minutes later it was done. He is a very friendly guy and always takes the time to explain what has to be done, and what he will do before he does it.
