Terrible Experience at Origin by Anthem in North Vancouver Our experience living at Anthem’s Origin building in North Vancouver has been extremely disappointing. The management by Ciara and Arundpeed has been consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward tenants. Communication has been consistently poor, making even basic requests unnecessarily difficult. The building itself suffers from cheap design, poor-quality appliances, and cleanliness issues. One elevator was out of service for over two months, creating daily inconvenience, and the parking area is constantly neglected and dirty. After enduring these conditions, we are relieved to be leaving. We would strongly advise against renting or buying any Anthem-managed property, especially Origin North Vancouver.

Cyrus Li was great at showing us around for our home inspection for Jinju. He really went into a lot of detail about appliances, home care, and the related maintenance upkeep. All in all he really made an effort and made me feel exited as a first time home buyer to see my apartment for the first time.
