Many months ago, I made the hesitant decision to contact another realtor. Considering my previous experiences of selling my previous home, I was not only skeptical, I was down-right fearful. Luckily, I got a hold of Jacob "Jake" Negovan. I was allowed to take a deep breath and not worry about any more than I needed to. I was hoping Jake was not only able to walk me through the entire experience of purchasing a home from beginning to end, but be flexible to my schedule, and most of all, be out for my best interest. I was pleasantly surprised. Every home that Jake and I looked at was carefully critiqued to fit my needs; from finding the best location for me to identifying whether there was basement water damage. I never had to doubt the intent of Jake's mission: to make sure I had the best deal in the best house in the best location in a home that fit my needs. My prayers were answered in what could have been a very stressful experience. Although it may seem like a small thing, Jake even provided me with a CO2/smoke detector after we closed the house in record time. It was the "little things" that made the difference in finding the right realtor. I lucked out. I got exactly what I was looking for in my new home and did not have to worry about asking any questions about the whole process that might seem obvious to an experienced homebuyer. My questions were always handled quickly, with respect & honesty. Thank you Jake for making the whole experience of buying a new home a pleasure and not a dark trek through some very lonely woods.
