⚠️ WARNING – DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCKSMITH ⚠️ I am writing this out of fear, anger, and to warn others so they don’t go through what I did. I hired Teddy Locksmith to change the lock on my front door. I was young, pregnant, and in a desperate situation, and he took advantage of my ignorance. He charged me hundreds of dollars to install what I later found out—thanks to my aunt and landlord—was just a basic residential lock with NO deadbolt. Nothing special. Nothing secure. Completely overpriced and misleading. When my aunt inspected it, she told me this is exactly the kind of thing scammers do: overcharge, install cheap hardware, and prey on people who are vulnerable. She even warned that people who do this sometimes come back months later to steal from the same homes they “secured.” He presented himself as nice and kind, but I now believe that was an act. I felt deceived, manipulated, and unsafe in my own home afterward. I genuinely believe his intentions were not good. I would never trust this man again and strongly urge others to stay far away. In my experience, this was a scam, plain and simple. God sees everything, and God will judge him. In response to owner- You dont remember that you came to my house near yorkmills and victoria park last week?? You said you would come back the next day to put a plate. When I called you said it was the coldest day of the year and you wouldnt come. Man don't lie. I dont lie. Like really. Unless you have a twin sir its is you. Embarrassing.

I got locked out of my house late at night, and they were great at answering any questions I had and were out at my place within an hour. They were also very quick and professional and were able to replace the lock within ten minutes of showing up, and were able to carefully bypass a screen door lock without breaking it, and gave me a discount because they didn't have to replace the lock. All in all, a great and quick experience! I can definitely recommend them.

These guys saved our day. Called them around 12 am and they were at the site within 15 mins and fixed our door issue. Very professional and communication was great. Good customer service. Will recommend anyone.
