Awful insurance broker. Dealing with a claim for a dry cleaner I used who ruined my wedding dress. Blocked my claim from every angle. I am sure if they respond to this they will claim they don’t usually deal with third parties as I don’t have the insurance with them and that they investigated and have done all they can but this is lies. I will be taking matters further through legal action and letting people know of their awful service via media. They are out for themselves and their clients with no thought of the person on the other end of the claim and how it may have impacted them! Appalling! DO NOT USE!

Had a leak from an apartment above mine and my claim was handled perfectly. Evidence gathered quickly and a loss adjuster visited and an offer made to my satisfaction in days. Excellent service

When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis patiently listened to all problems that had occurred and was extremely helpful in finding solutions and advising how to move forward with the claim.
