Working with Aparicio Immigration Law to help with our immigration case was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we signed a contract, their paralegal, Jessica, was very responsive with all our questions & inquiries which was very important for us as we never had to wait for a long time before receiving a response from them. 3 stars instead of 1 to be as fair as possible. As of October 2025 (during Trump admin) my father was detained by DHS and taken out of state (out of Illinois). I got recommended this lawyer and his praises were sung so I came in with high expectations. That was my mistake. Since he was taken out of state they can’t handle his case and referred to using lawyers from the state he’s at instead.
