Great overall experience. I started a renovation to gain two bedrooms and a bathroom that once into realized I would be effecting more than we originally thought. Brandon came in and assed our situation and laid out multiple options for us that gave us what we wanted while still within our budget. Once we started farther demolition we did come across some additional unforeseen issues. He was quick to show us the issues while providing multiple paths forward. We ended up adding to the scope a couple times and he was always very accommodating while trying to keep us within budget. He consistently went out of his way to help me with effort I had taken on to try and save me money while showing me some new skills. My family is exceptionally happy with the work that was performed and the new space they are living in. We will certainly look to Brandon for future renovations and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

HŌM Construction did an amazing job with the basement suite. They took care of everything from running utilities, installing the flooring, shower, kitchen cabinets & sink, as well as replacing a small window with a proper sized egress window. It's now successfully running as an Air BnB with many happy clients. Brandon and his team are absolute pros and I highly recommended them!!
