I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the property management, especially with the Property Manager, Andrew. The EV charger in our building has been out of service for more than a year now, and despite multiple reminders, nothing has been done. With more residents owning EVs, leaving our only charger broken for this long is unacceptable. Anytime an issue is raised to Andrew, instead of addressing it professionally, he tends to give excuses, shift blame, or look for a way to avoid dealing with the matter altogether. This isn’t just about the charger it has become a pattern with almost every concern brought to his attention. A lot of owners are frustrated with the lack of follow-through, lack of updates, and overall disorganization. We shouldn’t have to escalate every simple issue just to get answers. The building deserves better Property Managet and better accountability.

My opinion - DO NOT buy a condo built by this developer. I bought 2 units in a new building (2020) and it has been a nightmare. We have major pipe leaks regularly, and the townhomes in our property had MAJOR roof leaks costing over $300k in damages. Engineer reports state there are not enough roof vents, water barriers are missing, poor attic ventilation and poor quality shingles. Our elevators all had to have cables replaced because of rusting (this is rare in only 4 yrs) because there was a flood in the elevator shafts when the buildings were being built. Cost? Over $100k. And it gets worse - we had to replace the front doors because they kept breaking due to wind. Cost? $60k. And still gets worse - 2 years ago fire inspectors came and said our front doors were not fire safe and if there was a fire we would all be trapped in the building! Cost? $60k. It goes on and on. Maintenance fees had to be increased by 24% one year because of the constant repairs. This developer takes NO reaponsibility and does not seem to care. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a property built by Times Group!

As a member of the Markham community, I was to say that I lived in a Times Group building with my baby daughter for about 4 years. The building staff, and corporation staff really went out of their way to support me, and make us feel part of the community. It was a beautiful hut sometimes difficult time, and I am sure I was a lot to handle at “Time”s. No pun intended. I just want to say thank you, and I apologize for any extra work and stress I may have caused. 🙏🏻 I send you positive vibes and best wishes always. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say.
