The repair man arrived at our door promptly and ready to go to work. He was pleasant and courteous and had the springs changed and balanced within 2 hours. He provided some good advise about maintaining and lubricating the springs plus wheels and bearings. He also reset the outside remote which I haven’t used in nearly 20 years. Great service and a job well done.

💯 SO happy!! A family member ran into our garage door bending the bottom panel out. Mark was so nice to deal with and Matt promptly got the door back in shape. A huge relief! He was kind enough to check and lube our other door for us too. Both were so kind, helpful and an absolute pleasure! 👍

Prompt, and very timely response to service requests. Technicians are highly knowledgable and polite. Apex is the go to for anything garage door. When my door sensors malfunctioned, Apex competition was recommending replacement with a new set, but Apex technician was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes.
