Cameron RyanThe roofing workers were quick and did a great job of cleaning up at the end. After seeing the mess I was shocked at how well they cleaned up to be honest. They moved a bunch of things away from the house and put everything back when they finished. I did find a few nails. Though they do a magnetic sweep of the yard, this is expected so make sure you walk your driveway and yard as well.
A MDO NOT USE! We had a deeply disappointing experience with this roofing company. After being asked to pay in cash upfront—supposedly to avoid taxes—they performed subpar work that was not up to code. Even worse, they left an open hole in our roof, leaving the attic open to animal entry. We brought the issue to their attention immediately and were told someone would come back to inspect and fix it. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to calls and texts altogether. As someone who works in the building industry, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and poor workmanship is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the trade. Hire someone who stands by their work—you won't find that here.
Gunnar IrelandTeam arrived spot on time at 7am and managed to rebuild a very poorly built extension valley area so that tiles faced down instead of sideways, install a new front valley, and rebed and repoint most of the house. They did great prep work with wire brush wheels and angle grinders before repointing, which stops it falling off early like other work you see around in the area. The roof was in very poor condition and now it's looking great. Only one more day of work and it should be finished.
