Christopher HallockOverall great! Has everything you need (cardio, free weights, machines, plyo). Easy to sign up for a day pass and staff are really friendly. Couldn't find a cheaper day pass in the area. Has a few racks and areas to deadlift. Lots of fans and the temp was pretty good. Not too crowded. As far as complaints go, there aren't many. I did trip more than once on the elevation change going towards the locker room. Some bright tape or paint would really help on those sloped rubber mats. Some equipment is pretty well used, but it's manageable. The setup for weights near the deadlift platform was odd, just a bunch of 15 kg plates, so I had to steal some heavier plates from a nearby rack that luckily wasn't being used. Came here twice while visiting. I'd recommend it.
Blaine Harrison SmithGonna be honest for the price you pay this gym is alright. There is decent equipment and it’s 24/7 with a sauna. However it gets incredibly hot during the summer and the overall sanitation of the gym is not great. The buildup of mould and scum in the showers leads me to believe it is not well maintained. This is a big let down as showering should make you feel clean not dirty. The owner is lovely and super friendly.
K OA gym area is spacious, and one of the rooms such as has good ventilation and natural light! Sauna is my most favorite part. The sauna here has the controller next to its door, so you can set your ideal temperature and even enjoy löyly (poring water and making hot steam in sauna).
Alan BadroI love this gym, been here for a couple of months. Use of space is optimal, ample equipment, many multi-purpose machines as well so I’ve never felt I need to wait in line for anything. Staff are incredible and always welcoming. Also so impressed by how well it is maintained.
