I’ve been to Phone Surgeon's several times since June, and every single experience has been outstanding. The first time, they replaced the screen on my Samsung S21 Ultra and did a flawless job—the phone looked brand new and worked perfectly. Unfortunately, I dropped that phone before I had a screen protector put on and had to replace it. I just purchased a phone on Amazon for $278, but when I received it, the volume buttons didn’t work. Not only was the price better, but they also took care of transferring all of my data and information seamlessly. My Galaxy phone fell and the USB connection port broke. I called MetroPCS and was referred to Phone Surgeons on Howland Blvd. I called and Weston said come on in. I did and within minutes he said I don't have the part on hand but I can order it for you. I paid for the part and FEDEX delivery and was told it will be a few days. It was just that, a few days. I called, because I was anxious to have my phone working, and Jordan answered and said yes it just came in. Ok I can be there in about 15 mins. Once there Weston knew who I was, and said it will take about an hour to replace. I asked if he could check, since he would be looking at the inside, to see if everything else was good and he said of course. I came back in an hour and it was ready. I am so thankful the MetroPCS lady referred me to them. You couldn't ask for a nicer, courteous, thorough group of people, and reasonably priced.
