It's easy to use the app, it's easy for admin to set up the app, it does exactly what it says on the tin and it's fantastic! We were ready to go within a couple of weeks and the support is outstanding! Probably the best customer support I've experienced. Laura is my account manager and from the very start has been incredible! I swear she is almost always available on email, even late in the evening! Questions are always answered quickly and accurately with a solution for any request, every time. The training call was a breeze for myself and my the chef who's not at all tech savvy and there have been no issues since opening. I highly recommend APP4 and I definitely feel it was the right choice!

I have been working with App4 for around 2 years now and their service is always first class. They have developed and manage two websites and one app for my company. During these very stressful times for hospitality, they have helped drive more revenue and I have found myself asking for tweaks often late at night and always get a positive response. More recently, Laura has been my account manager and her response time and attention to detail is second to none. I can't say I've had a bad experience per say, The tech team do their best to help you when you approach them. I'm not very tech savvy, they have taken some strain off me. In other areas though, they are lacking: Over priced on comparison to competitors. No real after care once the sale is complete. The App itself is flawless but,I can't say it's really had any use to know if it can handle real traffic. Mainly because of marketing. What has shocked me into submitting a review though; Managers are aware of my personal limitations. They have always come across as over familiar, however as of late, I've been left alone with it. That hasn't helped matters. A payment their way was overlooked by the bank. Instead of contacting me or sending a polite email. They have stopped services completely. I shall now look into alternative solutions, hopefully with a team who can manage the platform, not just create an interface. It's a shame, really.
