I went to see Lisa for physio on my knee pre and post knee replacement surgery. I have been to several physiotherapists over the years but she is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable I’ve met. She asks for your feedback as she does manipulations and treatments to determine what other areas are involved. She explains why she is doing what she is doing. Unlike any other physiotherapist I’ve seen, she does not pass you along to an associate but is hands-on the whole time. And while she takes the time to go over exercises to be done at home, she does not use up your appointment time having you do things you can do yourself at home. Highly recommend Lisa!

I've been to 5 different Physiotherapists and Liz (Elizabeth) is the best. She balances the appointment time very well - with a mix of symptom discussion, exercise practice and manual work. Friendly demeanour with a great amount of knowledge of physiotherapy. She considers her patients holistically, I trust her and recommend her highly.

I went to Grace at Cornell Physiotherapy because of my pinched nerve at my lower back and my tennis elbow after sport injury treatments. I was in a lot of pain from the injuries and my daily life was greatly impacted by the injuries as I work in an office setting (mostly sitting) and love playing golf. Grace was so patient in explaining every detail about my injuries, what she is doing to treat my injuries, and how my progress is. She also prescribes the exercises that I need to do between visits. just after the second visit, I felt 80% improvements in terms of level of pain. just less than a month later, my condition has greatly improved and pretty much back to normal as there is no pain I can feel anymore. Of course the recovery is not yet complete but I feel that I am in the best and most professional hands that I can ever ask for to treat my injuries. As important if not more important, Grace teaches me how to improve my posture so that I can avoid future injury. In addition, the online appointment and payment system is so easy to use and I love it being paperless and works great with my iPhone. Thank you Grace and Cornell Physio!
