B3SW1CKI came here only bc I couldn’t find anywhere with space for my MOT, although they were helpful in allowing me a space, I wasn’t happy with the engineers. First off my car was failed for the windscreen wash not working, which it did, the mechanic clearly didn’t know how to active them and had to teach them and show a video how to flick a lever. Second off it was failed for a door handle, which at first I was okay with but after removing the mechanism myself and getting a new one, I had to explain to the mechanic how the doors worked so he could switch around the part I needed from the new handle to the old. This took well over 30 minutes to push out 2 pins and replace one. Although staff were decent in terms of customer relations, the mechanical side of it let me down especially considering I had to tell the mechanic to do the MOT again over it having an insufficient check.
