Called Applewood to get stall a bidet water supply line moved. Scheduled for Saturday, 3-5 arrival. They called and rescheduled Sunday 1-3. Called and rescheduled 3-5. Arrived 3:30. Now it is nearly 7:00pm, have cut several hole in my basement ceiling, my house is a mess, the tech called the main office, and I was just told Applewood cannot complete the work because it would jeopardize their quality standards. To say I am totally outraged is an understatement. Irresponsible, unreliable, cut and run with no responsibility for damages to my home

We had great experience with Roger when he installed our new water heater. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. We were afraid that our repair would cost a fortune but he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and ensured the installation was done and with great attention to detail (including clean-up). Applewood Plumbing: Scamming the Elderly? A charge from Applewood Plumbing for $5000 came across my 97 year old mother’s VISA card for work done two months before she moved from her townhouse into an Assisted Living. Her move was largely due to a computer scam and signs of dementia. When I asked my mother about the charge, she got a very stricken look on her face and said, “I don’t remember”. The only things that I could find were a new kitchen faucet installed on a rusty sink, a cheap new shower head and a new bathroom sink faucet. Soon after she moved out, the toilet was bone dry and only one faucet on the shower worked. I assume that she had called Applewood Plumbing about the toilet and the shower not working correctly. I called Applewood Plumbing to ask about the $5000 charge. I was told that they have a copy of the invoice but that they would not talk to me about it without my mother on the line. (I don't think that plumbing invoices have sensitive medical information governed by HIPPA). I refuse to upset my 97 year old mother by asking her to call Applewood Plumbing with me. I will never know whether or not she was taken advantage of by them, but I, obviously, will never use their services.

10/10 Applewood is the best, hands down. Nate was our plumber and came right out after we called and gave us great info after our water heater blew up. We got great quotes and had a new water heater installed within a day. Nate was super friendly, kind, and explained everything so we understood exactly what was needed. Request Nate if you can and we'll be calling Applewood for all of our future needs!
