April's Pet Grooming

So thankful to have found this place when our previous groomer was bought out, and although they were a mobile groomer, I don’t mind making the drive for Hayley to take care our Mini Aussies! They are so kind and patient are willing to accommodate any and all request I may have! Thank you so much for taking care of our girlies!

I’m honestly upset with the service. Today was the second time taking my two dogs to April’s. My appointment was at 8:30, but I had received a call early in the morning from an associate reminding me of my apt. She told me I could drop off my dogs early if I’d like too. So I dropped them off at 8:09am. At 11:17am I called to get an update on my dogs and they said that they had not gotten to them. At 2:04pm I called again since it had been 6 hrs since I dropped off my dogs. She had said that they had not gotten to them and that I had to wait my turn. I reminded the associate that my dogs had been there since 8am. Finally I received a call from them at 3pm stating my dogs were ready. They had my dogs for 7hrs for a simple wash, haircut and nail clippings. One of them was groomed properly, but the female not so much. You can tell from the pictures I have uploaded.

I’ve been going to April’s for almost 2 years now. Princeton sometimes comes in looking homeless (lol), and always comes out looking like a new dog..Whenever I go the staff is polite, and they make sure to communicate with me as far as my baby goes. I will say that her business has picked up, as they were busier this last time than I’ve grown accustomed to, but for the service and work my dog receives, I won’t complain. Definitely will continue to use April’s!
