Backed into my eave trophs and denied it won’t use them ever again
I had a couple of issues with this company delivering an item from Costco. First the item stated when I ordered it that it would be delivered to the "threshold" of my home however to Speedy this only means in your garage and not the front door. The description when ordering clearly stated inside the front door as an option but they would not honour it only acknowledge it says that but they won't do it. The second issue is I set up a delivery time with the agent via e-mail and made sure I was home for the delivery. Due to the agent incompetence they didn't read in the e-mail the time I stated so I had to re schedule a delivery with them and waste more of my own personal time. I would not recommend this company for any sort of delivery if you want your clients to have a pleasant experience.
Very professional, state of the art facility, 80 very busy dock doors to handle the continuous growth!
