The delivery was incredibly fast, and Heba, the customer service representative, was kind, compassionate, and truly understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, which made a huge difference. I’m thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and highly recommend BARAKAT

I ordered watermelon from noon minutes and found a short, thick black hair. I reckon ordering watermelon without any additives.. I am nauseous till now. Disappointing.

Order number: 3695991, We ordered fruits, coconut water, in multiple quantities adding upto AED113 after discount. They delivered only 1 item out of everything we had ordered. No one is answering calls at the customer care. Horrible service. Will stick to more reliable service providers like Noon and Talabat.

Sends rotten fruits to me and this is the third or fourth time I recieved this type of order. Attached evidence. Either there’s fungus in fruits, or they’re gone bad.

It was disappointing that the juices are not fresh and has alot of water and sure with a higher price 👎. The quality of barakat juices has decreased.

I ordered the 5 kgs Fruit Basket though Barakat Fresh website to surprise my friend. I love their arrangement. My friend enjoyed the fresh and sweet fruits while recuperating. Will order some of their other products for myself. They also replied fast to my queries prior this purchase. Keep up the good work!

They sell their products in different store across UAE! I usually get the green juice which is basically green apples and vegetables. It tastes good but it can benefit from lowering the amount of apples to make it less sweet. They have several options of fruits juices without sugar added. They also offer smoothies but mostly with regular milk. I think they might start offering smoothies with non-dairy milk sometime soon. I've been ordering fruits and vegetables from Barakat for the past 2 weeks. I wish I had started months ago! The products are very fresh and well-priced, if not much cheaper than the popular chain groceries stores. The online ordering on their website is easy to use and delivery is efficient. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: if you are a new customer during the month of May, you get 15% off regular-priced items for your first 3 orders.
